Position Summary:
Knoxville Graphic House is a full-service boutique branding agency located in Knoxville, TN. The Digital Content Coordinator contributes to brand storytelling and photo/video assets. This role utilizes a strong understanding of copywriting, social media, photography and graphic design to communicate product and brand stories that promote both in-house services and those of Knoxville Graphic House clients. This role supports the KGH team with real-time asset generation/management and platform execution/management for both website and social media.
Responsibilities:

Direct incoming KGH emails and phone calls

Work with team to create and present strategic social media plans for KGH and its clients

Conduct marketing research to create informed campaigns & content

Develop & implement monthly client content plans

Maintain multiple social media accounts

Plan digital and social media advertising within set budgets

Design Social Media Graphics

Onsite Client Photoshoots & Photo Editing

Monitor & create client analytics reports
-
Monitor & analyze campaign success
-
Edit external messaging, content, and proposals

Coordinate beneficial relationships and events with local organizations

Identify and target potential clients
-
Plan and write media releases, blogs, and email campaigns
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Design, Marketing, Journalism, or related field

Minimum of 2 years experience

Familiarity with current social media practices, scheduling, and analytics software

Meticulous spelling, grammar, and writing skills; knowledge of AP Style and media writing preferred

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are a must

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites - Illustrator & Photoshop proficiency required

Professional Photography is desired

Strong proofreading and editing skills

Able to work well on a team and manage multiple projects

Able to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group scenarios to enhance client relationships and rapport

Must possess exceptional listening and note-taking skills for record keeping

Flexibility to attend client events outside of regular work hours

Able to identify priority levels of tasks & projects

Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
